NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
6 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter

Cook and drain noodles. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Place noodles on the bottom of pan. Beat 6 eggs. Add 1 pound cottage cheese, 3 ounce cream cheese, 1/4 pound melted butter, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup sugar. Beat well and pour over noodles.

Mix together all topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. (Test with knife.)
