COFFEE CRUMB CAKE 
CRUMBS:

Mix first and set aside.

3 sticks melted Imperial butter
3 c. Presto cake flour (self-rising)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

BATTER:

3 1/2 c. Presto Cake flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter

Mix batter together; dough will not be soft. Grease large shallow pan (14 x 10 inch). Add batter and smooth. Make large crumbs and place over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
