“FRUITED CUP CUSTARD” IS IN:

FRUITED CUP CUSTARD 
2 eggs
2 cups skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash ground nutmeg
1/2 cup fresh pineapple slices
12 lg. red or green grapes, halved and seeded

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs; whisk in remaining ingredients, except fruit, until combined.

In each of 4 10oz. custard cups, arrange 1/4 of the fruit. Pour 1/4 egg-milk mixture into each cup.

Place cups in baking pan; place on oven rack and add 1-inch hot water to pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until custard has set and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
