CHEESE-SPINACH BAKE 
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1/4 lb. brick cheese
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs

Cut cheeses and butter into chunks. Mix all ingredients and put into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour until bubbly and brown. Serves 6.
