3 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 oz. vermicelli, broken in half, cooked and drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Jack cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
