CREAMY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. evaporated milk
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. lg. curd creamed cottage cheese

Dissolve lime and lemon gelatin in boiling water. Let cool. Meanwhile combine mayonnaise, evaporated milk, pineapple and cottage cheese. Mix with cooled gelatin mixture. Pour into 6 or 7 cup mold or 7x12 casserole. Chill thoroughly. Add chopped nuts, if desired.
