SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE | |
2 c. drained sauerkraut (rinse in cold water in colander) 3/4 - 1 lb. cooked corned beef (can used canned) cut in bite sizes 2 c. shredded (or chopped) Swiss cheese 3-4 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 c. crushed rye crackers and butter mixed together Layer first 5 ingredients two times in casserole dish. Put rye and butter mixture over top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly. |
