SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
6 oz. Brownberry croutons
12 oz. can corned beef, minced
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
8 oz. Swiss cheese
2 c. milk
3 eggs

Place 1/2 croutons in bottom of 8"x11" casserole, a layer of corned beef, a layer of kraut, Swiss cheese and other 1/2 of the croutons. Mix milk and eggs and pour over all and bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
