CREAM OF BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
1 1/2 c. broccoli or cauliflower, cooked

SAUCE:

2 c. milk
4 tsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 to 6 slices of American sliced cheese or to taste
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Put ingredients in saucepan, cook until thick. Add broccoli or cauliflower, serve.
