JEN'S EASY NACHO DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 (15 oz.) jar salsa 1 (4 oz.) can crab meat 1 (6 oz.) can tiny shrimp (I prefer to use a small cocktail ring) TOPPING: 1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella or cheddar) 1 tomato, diced green onion, chopped Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of a serving dish. Top with salsa. Sprinkle on crab and shrimp (if using ring cut shrimp into pieces). Top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle tomato and green onion.
