OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 can (small party) peas, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 medium onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
4 stalks celery, diced
1 small green pepper, diced

Dressing:

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Put all vegetables together. Mix dressing ingredients together then pour over vegetables. Stir and let stand overnight.
