LAYERED OVERNIGHT LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, bite size pieces
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. radishes, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

6 slices fried bacon, crumbled

Layer in bowl to fit and layer all ingredients in order given, topping with cheese and bacon. Place overnight in refrigerator.
