OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 medium head lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas

TOPPING:

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

FINAL TOPPING:

3 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
3/4 lb. (about 12 slices) bacon, cooked, and crumbled
grated cheese

Place lettuce in approximately 2-quart size container (a clear container is great to show off the different layers). Layer the vegetables on the lettuce: onions, then celery, chestnuts, and peas. Mix topping and spread on top of salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day, prepare final topping and mix into salad. Chill before serving.
