MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cooked
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. half and half
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased 3 quart casserole and bake uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serves 8-12.
