MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 or 1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Drain and mash well. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream until fluffy. Beat into mashed potatoes until smooth. Add garlic salt and pepper and turn into a 3 or 4 quart buttered casserole dish and dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered in a 400 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through. Makes 12 servings.
