MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated onion
1 1/2 c. American cheese, grated

Cook potatoes until tender, then mash. Add milk and whip. Add butter, seasoning, onion and 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole (1 1/2 quart). Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Add remaining cheese, bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
