MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 to 12 med. potatoes, peeled and cooked
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. sour cream
Butter, salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Butter

Cook potatoes until tender; drain and mash, season to taste. Beat/whip in cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon into 2 quart buttered casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and crusty. Can be prepared and refrigerated (well covered) in advance. Dot with butter just before baking.
