MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. instant potatoes
Sm. amount onion salt or seasoned salt
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Parsley to garnish (opt.)

Bring water, salt and butter to boil. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, add instant potatoes and cream cheese; mix thoroughly. Season with salt. Put in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
