CHEESE POTATO WEDGES 
5 lb. potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Arrange in single layer in greased baking dish (9 x 9 inch pan). Brush melted butter over potatoes. Combine cheese, paprika, salt, and bread crumbs together. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
