OVERNIGHT CINNAMON CAKE 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. soft butter
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 eggs yolks, beaten
1 c. milk, scalded, cooked

Stir flour, sugar, salt in bowl. Cut in butter to coarse meal look, dissolve yeast in water. Add to flour mixture with egg yolk and milk. Beat well. Chill overnight. Grease 2 loaf pans. Roll half of dough in rectangle about 13 x 8 inch brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up, cover, let rise 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
