POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 good sized potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 bunch green onions and tops, cut fine
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper and paprika

Cook potatoes in jackets until tender; cool potatoes in jackets until tender, then peel and grate into large bowl. Stir in onions, 1 cup cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper. Put in 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or put in early at about 200 degrees.
