BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
Log type Colby cheese, grated
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerettes. Fry bacon crisp. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Let chill in the refrigerator until all the above is completed. After fixing the vegetables, mix them in bowl that has been chilling and add cheese and bacon. Chill 1 hour before serving.
