BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or equivalent sugar substitute

Salad:

1 2 lb. bag frozen California Blend veggies, thawed
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped
10 slices bacon, fried and chopped

Mix dressing ingredients and heat till sugar is dissolved. Salt and pepper may be added to taste. Mix salad ingredients, except sunflower seeds, and pour dressing over top. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Add sunflower seeds just before serving.
