BROCCOLI SALAD 
4-5 cups broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
1 small red onion, chopped
8-10 slices bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
1/2 cup pecans

Clean broccoli and cauliflower. Cut into bite-size pieces and allow to drain well. Then combine broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, onions, bacon and pecans and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Mix well and chill 1 hour before serving.

Dressing:

3/4 to 1 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
2 - 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Pour over ingredients.
