COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla flavoring in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9" pie pan and let stand about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
