COLD STEAKS PARISIENNE 
1 T-bone, about 1 1/2 lbs.
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
6 cherry tomatoes
6 canned artichoke hearts

Broil steak until rare. Cool and chill. Cut into 1/2" slices. Slice mushrooms, cook in 2 tablespoons oil until barely tender. Combine vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil, salt, lemon pepper and seasonings. Pour over sliced steak and mushrooms. Marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, add tomatoes and hearts to meat mixture. Serves 2.
