4 or 5 lbs. beef roast

Mix together: 2 c. mushrooms and juice 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1/2 c. Italian dressing

Pour over meat. Bake 3 hours at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Slice meat thin. Put back in gravy and reheat 1 hour in preheated oven at 300 degrees. A rolled roast is good for this. Any kind can be used.
