Salt and pepper well a 4 or 5 pound rump roast with Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Do not open oven door. At the end of the hour, turn oven off. 45 minutes before serving, turn oven to 300 degrees and heat for 45 minutes. Pink in middle.
