FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. grape juice
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 lbs. candied pineapple, chopped
1 lb. dates, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
6 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can flake coconut

Cream butter and sugar then add eggs. Combine flour and spices. Combine grape juice, milk and soda. Alternating flour mixture and grape juice mixture, add to butter mixture. Fold fruit, nuts and coconut into batter. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yield: 200-250 cookies.
