FILLED CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Strawberry or apricot preserves

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add flour, sugar, and salt. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Roll out, cut and fill with strawberry or apricot preserves. Bake at 350 degrees.
