EASY CARAMEL ICING 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Boil together for 3 minutes. Stir constantly, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Beat until creamy and thick enough to spread. Add a little milk if necessary to make it easier to spread.
