2 c. brown sugar 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. top cream 1 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 stick butter 2 tbsp. white Karo syrup Cook all ingredients, except butter, together until will form soft ball when tested in cold water. Remove from heat; add butter and cool, beat until creamy. | |

I'm going to make the caramel icing above but it calls for 'top' cream. Does anyone know what that means? Is it heavy whipping cream, maybe(?). Please help !!! Thank you for reading my comment.
