CARAMEL ICING 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. top cream
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup

Cook all ingredients, except butter, together until will form soft ball when tested in cold water. Remove from heat; add butter and cool, beat until creamy.
