CARAMEL ICING 
1 container whipping cream
1 box light brown sugar
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix whipping cream, brown sugar, white syrup and lemon juice in double boiler. Cook until from hard ball in water. Whip a little then add butter and vanilla. Whip until cool. Put on cool cake.
