GREEN CHILI CHEESE PIE 
1 sm. can chopped green chilies, mild
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Lightly grease a 9" pie pan. Spread chilies on bottom. Cover with cheese. Add eggs. Bake at 325 degrees 25 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve. Good with chili or soups. A few drops of hot sauce may be added to the egg mixture.
