CHILI PIE 
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can chili, with or without beans
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream (opt.)

Prepare corn muffin mix as directed for corn muffins except pour batter into greased 8"x8" pan. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares. Heat chili as directed. Stir before serving. Place corn muffin squares on individual plates. Spoon chili over squares. Top with grated cheese and sour cream.
