GREEN CHILI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 pods garlic, chopped fine
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
12 to 16 tortillas, cut in quarters
1 tsp. comino

Soften tortillas slightly in hot oil or microwave and quarter. Mix soups, onion, chilies, garlic and comino in a bowl. Line large baking dish with tortillas, then add a layer of beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of cheese. Continue layering tortillas, meat, soups and cheese until used up. Make sure cheese is the last layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This recipe can be frozen or doubled for a party.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
