CHILI TAMALE PIE 
1 1/4 c. quaker masa or instant masa mix
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans
1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/3 c. quaker masa harina instant masa mix
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

For Crust: Combine ingredients in 9 inch pie plate; mix well. Press evenly onto bottom and sides of pie plate.

For Filling: Combine ingredients, except cheese. Pour into crust. Bake in 375 degree oven about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
