IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN TAMALE PIE 
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 c. frozen corn, thawed & drained
1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix chicken, corn and seasoning mix; spread in pie plate. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
