MEXICAN CHILI PIE | |
1 1/2 c. crushed nacho flavored tortilla chips 1 baked 9 inch pie shell (deep dish) 15 oz. can chili with beans 4 oz. can green chili peppers 3/4 c. black olives, sliced 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. cheddar cheese TOPPERS: Lettuce Toma toes Guacamole Sprinkle 1 cup chips in bottom of baked pie shell. In bowl combine chili, green peppers, 1/2 cup olives and green onions. Spread over chips in crust. Spread sour cream over chili mixture. Top with cheeses, remaining black olives and chips. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 minutes more. Serve with desired toppers. |
