1/2 gallon lime sherbet, any flavor
2-3 qt. of 7-Up

Place scoops of sherbet in punch bowl. Reserve 1/4 of sherbet to float on top. Let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Pour 7-Up over sherbet slowly and stir gently. Float scoops of remaining sherbet on top.
