ORANGE SHERBET PARTY PUNCH 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (46 oz.) can orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 gallon orange sherbet, softened
1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Combine gelatin and sugar. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water and juice; chill. Spoon sherbet into punch; add ginger ale. Yield: 6 1/2 quarts.
