STRAWBERRY RING 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can (1 2/3 c.) crushed pineapple
2 lg. bananas, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
Dash salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, bananas and lemon juice. Pour into Jello mold. Chill until firm, about 5-6 hours. Can serve with sour cream dressing in bowl. Combine sour cream sugar, ginger and pinch of salt. Chill well.
