STRAWBERRY YOGURT RING MOLD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin 2 c. boiling water 2 c. plain yogurt Grated rind of 1 lemon 1 c. heavy cream sweetened, whipped (garnish) Whole fresh strawberries (garnish) 1. Dissolve gelatin in water; cool. 2. Stir in yogurt and lemon rind. 3. Pour into 8 cup ring mold. 4. Chill until firm. 5. Unmold onto large serving dish. 6. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. 7. Serve at once. Yield 6 to 8 servings. |
