DOUBLE APPLE SALAD MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
1 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 lg. apple, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
Lettuce

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Add frozen apple juice; stir until melted. Add the cold water, yogurt and the 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing. Beat smooth with rotary beater. Chill until mixture is partially set. Fold in chopped apple.

Turn mixture into a 6 cup mold. Chill several hours or overnight until firm. Unmold on lettuce lined platter. Garnish with additional mayonnaise and slices of apple, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
