APPLE - CHEESE MOLD 
2/3 c. cinnamon bite (red hots)
2 c. applesauce
2 c. boiling water (melt cinnamon bits in this)
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello

FILLING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ground nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

The above goes between Jello layers.

Melt bits in boiling water; remove any little pieces that do not melt. Add lemon Jello; stir. Add applesauce. Divide in half; chill 1/2 until thickened. Remove from refrigerator and spread on cream cheese mixture. Pour other half of cinnamon Jello mixture on top and chill until set.

Cheese Mixture: Soften cream cheese; add chopped nuts and celery. Mix and spread on bottom layer of chilled Jello mixture. Nice for Christmas, Valentine's Day, or anytime.
