CORNSTARCH PUDDING 
2/3 c. sugar
3 c. milk
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 egg yolks

Cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour into dessert cups; chill. For pie - pour thickened mixture into cooked pie shell. For a cream pie add fruit after pie cools. Top with Cool Whip.
