STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 peppers, cut in half

Remove seeds. Place in cold water with a little salt. Bring to boil; drain and cool in cold water.

STUFFING:

1 can corn beef hash
1 can Treet or Spam, ground
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. corn, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onions may be added

Add 6 homemade biscuits.

Add enough canned tomatoes to thin as desired.

Stuff peppers. Place a teaspoon of butter on top of each pepper. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. May be cooked at a lower temperature for longer time.
