SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (box)
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 lg. onion, minced
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. + melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash cayenne pepper

Cook spinach per package directions. Squeeze dry. Mix all together. Grease cookie sheet. Shape into small bite size balls. Bake at 325 degrees 15 minutes. Serves 35-50 balls. (Can be frozen)
