SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. seasoned stuffing crumbs

Mix all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or several hours. Shape into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
