SOUR CREAM BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 env. (about 1 1/2 oz. size) onion soup mix (about 2 tbsp.)
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat until desired doneness, 5-7 minutes on each side for medium.

To cook in microwave, place patties on microwave proof rack in microwave proof baking dish. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes, rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until almost done, about 2 minutes longer. Let stand covered 3 minutes. (Beef will continue to cook while standing.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
